I had the pleasure of having Matt on my team when I was President of Wunderman Canada. Over a five year period Matt oversaw database strategy and implementation for our Canadian clients. And, importantly, he also stepped into a mission critical role of providing interim management for our Customer Relationship Center. During that time Matt played a critical role in not only overseeing the operation and staff, but also in recruiting a full-time management replacement. Matt joined The Icon Companies in January 2009. His primary objective was to help us grow and diversify our client base.
